When you're purchasing from Chieko Shimizu, you are buying a one-of-a-kind item.  Existing artwork will be shipped between 5-6 business days.  For any large-scale artwork, I can provide you with an exact estimate upon request. For any commission artwork, depending on the size and scale of the work, (as well as the number of the orders placed before you) it may take up a while to be shipped.  I strongly recommend placing a commission order 3-4 months in advance.

Customers in the Bay Area are welcome to pick up your order at the Alameda Artworks in San Jose at no charge.  You will be contacted when the order is ready to schedule a pick-up.

All tracking information will be sent once the order is being prepped for UPS pickup.
